JOB TITLE: Shipping & Receiving Agent


JOB DUTIES:

  • Prepare Bill of Lading

  • Track incoming shipments from suppliers

  • Track outgoing shipments to customers

  • Receive incoming shipments and update inventory

  • Re-stock when inventory is low

  • Answer customer emails

  • Pack and ship online orders

  • Printing and filing outbound and inbound Bill of Ladings

  • Arrange delivery for international shipments

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in economics, marketing, international studies, international business, business administration, or other business-related fields

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;

  • Customer-oriented attitude;

  • Strong ability in evaluating options and implementing solutions.

WORK HOURS: 9:00 AM to 5:30PM PST. No traveling required. Must work at a warehouse in Fountain Valley, CA.
